Presenter Biography
Beth Dwine

Beth has over 15years experience in the governement, not-for-profit and private domains of the Human Service Sector as a qualified Social Worker, specialising in team development and leadership.  In her current role as a Consultant with the Workforce Council, Beth brings her experiences in practitioner development, ethical practice in action, dealing with team complexity and strategic planning for high performance.  Beth is a current Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and her practice is informed by  Strengths-based perspective focussed on generating healthy and sustainable change at the individual, organisational and sector level.
