All of Eileen’s work is informed by reflective strengths based approaches including Appreciative Inquiry. Since 2005, this approach sees her consulting in a wide range on contexts from change management and leadership, community engagement, building partnerships and cultural connections to through to reflective practice and mentoring.
Eileen has a deep level of knowledge about connecting with community having co-authored articles and delivered conference papers for over 20 years. In 2014 her work included a focus on supporting the development of the early childhood sector embedding reflection and mentoring as tools to personal and professional growth. She has a specific passion for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
